D.A Dancer Roofing Specialists Quote Terms & Conditions
Thank you for considering D.A Dancer Roofing Specialists. Below are our terms and conditions for all quotes.
1 Scope of Work
This quote includes the materials and labour necessary to complete the roofing work as specified. Any additional work discovered during the project will be quoted separately and requires approval before proceeding.
2 Scaffolding Arrangements
The client may make their own scaffolding arrangements; however, payment should be made directly to the selected scaffolding company. The scaffolding is available for a 6-week period, with payment due upon the completion of the scaffolding.
3 Deposit and Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is due upon the delivery of materials to the site. The remaining balance is to be paid in full within 7 days after the completion of the job.
4 Ownership of Materials
Please note that ownership of all materials used in the job will remain with D.A Dancer Roofing Specialists until full payment has been received.
5 Health and Safety Standards
Any equipment required to meet health and safety standards will be provided by D.A Dancer Roofing Specialists and must be paid for upon the commencement of work.
6 Payment Instructions
All payments should be made directly to D.A Dancer Roofing Specialists as specified in the quotation. The company is not VAT Registered.
7 Quote Validity
Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to change after this period due to material cost fluctuations.
