Invoice Terms & Conditions

We are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and reliable roofing services. Our guarantee covers all roofing work carried out by us for a period of five (5) years from the completion date. This includes any additional installations or modifications on the roof, such as solar panels, aerials, skylights, or Velux windows, provided these works are performed or directly overseen by us.

• Damages or issues caused by external factors such as storms, fires, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• Any work or alterations done by third parties that are not authorised or overseen by us.
• Normal wear and tear of roofing materials over time.
• Damage resulting from failure to maintain the roof according to our recommendations.
• Damage caused by alterations made by others without our knowledge or approval.

Payment due within 7 days of job completion. All payments must be made via bank transfer.

We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

Any disputes regarding invoices must be raised within 14 days of the invoice date. Payment should not be withheld while disputes are being resolved.
